Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

At Love Shirt, our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Please Note: Personalized/Customized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a quality issue/defect.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with:

1.  Your Order Number.

2. A clear photo of the damaged/incorrect item.

We will evaluate the issue and make it right by offering a full refund or a free replacement. You do not need to return the damaged item.

Exchanges (Size/Color)

Please review our Size Guide carefully before purchasing. If you are unsure about sizing, we recommend ordering one size up for a more comfortable fit.

Refunds

If a refund is approved (due to a defect), you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Cancellations

You can request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. However, please note that once the order has entered the production phase, it cannot be canceled. If you wish to cancel, please contact us immediately at [email protected] to confirm if your order is still eligible for cancellation.
