The main features of the SLE4428 are: – Synchronous communication protocol, ISO 7816 compatible – EEPROM size is 1,024 bytes split into the following areas:   25 bytes for card manufacturer data 2 bytes for card issuer reference 4 bytes for card identification data 990 bytes for main user data 3 bytes for error counter and card secret code area
