Description HY10 terminal has been designed for a wide variety of industrial applications and to cooperate with RADAWAG high-resolution platforms and weighing modules. HOUSING IP 68/69 and stainless steel construction enables operation in challenging working conditions (high humidity, dust). These features make the terminal meet high hygiene standards for the food and pharmaceutical industries. The housing and base of the terminal are made of stainless steel. All HY10 connectors are powered through cable glands which, together with the waterproof and dustproof housing, guarantee a high IP 68/69. DISPLAY 10.1” color display, resolution of 1024×600 pixels with a capacitive touchscreen. Large, 10.1” backlit color display guarantees easy-to-read information even in low light conditions. High resolution (1024×600 pixels) means high readability of the screen providing digits, symbols, etc. sharper User-friendly touch screen, just trust your intuition and start operating the device. Numeric keys and additional programmable buttons provide maximum functionality. REMOTE CONFIGURATION You can configure the parameters of the HY10 remotely using the Parameters Editor 2.0 software. With this solution we can configure your terminal even if your company is far from the service. SCREEN EDITOR Custom display design expands functionality. The PUE HY10 offers the ability to customize the display design. You can display only those components that you consider necessary for your work. You can make decisions not only about what to add to your screen but also about the size of a particular component. The self-designed screen layout makes your work easier and more efficient. LABELLING Ability to design different labels for each process performed by the indicator. The powerful labeling function allows products to be marked with weight labels, making product identification quick and easy. Using the “Label Editor” software, labels can be designed that will be available to the operator in the label database on the scale. In the labels, you can enter practically any information that is required such as product, date, weight, batch number, bar codes, among others. This function allows:: Create a label database in the terminal. Assign a custom label to a particular product or a common label to a group of products. Printing of C labels (pallet) and CC labels (containers) providing total weight and quantity. Automatic label printing. MULTI-PLATFORM OPERATION Standard design: support of 1 load-cell platform Optional design: support of 4 extra platforms maximum (2 internal modules plus 2 external modules) Dedicated Applications Smart Editor The application is intended for scales equipped with the HY10 terminal. It does not require any additional installation. Enter the terminal’s address in the address field of the browser and log in. The application enables: – Edit databases remotely – Importing images from a file to scale – Importing labels from lb file to scale – Report creation and preview, e.g. Workflow – Dosing processes operation Smart Display The application allows you to customize the scale screen and display it on a computer. The Smart Display allows the configuration of the display screen in a simple and clear way. Place individual items in a visible grid on the screen and edit them according to user needs. When operated directly on the scale, the user gets a fresh new look with the possibility of any home screen configuration. To use the Smart Display application it is necessary to run the RDA (RADWAG Data Access) module on the HY10 terminal. Extended Web Interface The application has been designed to allow the user to create their own program for the PUE HY10 terminal. Allows basic data exchange via JSON websocket (bulk request, zeroing, tare). The application can serve as a basis for further development by adding new components and using additional commands presented in the “HY10 – JSON Data Exchange Interface” manual.
