Ergonomic Mechanical Design The latest AS R2 PLUS analytical balance features a spacious weighing chamber that provides easy access to the weighing pan and allows the use of laboratory glassware. The new aluminum base guarantees the stability of the weighing system. The Dual-CLICK system allows for tool-free assembly and disassembly of the weighing chamber, and a special design of guides for the weighing chamber panels (borderless) makes it easy to keep the device clean. Innovative construction solutions increase the balance’s durability and reliability in long-term operation. Levelling System AS R2 PLUS standard balances are equipped with a leveling device located at the front of the weighing chamber, which facilitates level control. Leveling operation is now simplified and easier due to the reduced number of adjustable supporting points (2 points). Internal Adjustment A modern internal adjustment system guarantees accurate measurements under extremely unfavorable conditions. Intuitive Operation These balances are equipped with an LCD display that guarantees a clear presentation of the weighing result. Direct access to functions and databases is possible using the following keys: Database – direct access to databases, Function – direct access to basic functions, F1-F4 – programmable function keys and menu navigation keys. Information such as work mode, computer connection, battery status, weighing, and service functions are shown on the screen through pictograms. The number of displayed weighing units has been expanded and there is also an additional space that contains more information like the product name or the tare value. Real-time mass measurement is presented by a bar graph. ALIBI Memory The ALIBI memory integrated with the AS R2 PLUS balances guarantees data security, allows recording up to 100,000 weighings. Data Protection Valuable information is protected and available only to people with authorized access. The administrator manages the data access configuration.
